The book was purchased brand new, sealed and included was the Connect Plus. I did not remove ther wrap until the first day of class. When we went to the computers to register with Connect Plus, my code was no good. I gone on Online Chat with a representative with McGraw Hill and was once again advised that my code was invalid. They asked who I purchased the book from. When I advised them that it was Amazon.com, they told me that the best they could not do anything about the bad code since I purchased from a third party. I , then , reached out to Amazon. com and advised them of the situation and they could not do anything about the code problem, because the codes came from the maker. On top of this, they are only willing to refund half of what I paid for this. I am sending the book and worthless code back for a refund. In the meantime, I had to go to the campus bookstore and purchase another book and code for $140 and that code did work. So much for the idea of cheaper textbooks through Amazon.com. Unhappy Customer !!!!
