Bad product, bad customer service. I bought this cord November 30th to replace the my baby monitor cord which was awful too. At first worked ok but by the end of January this cord wasn't charging either and you had to wiggle and hold in certain place to get anything to charge. I email the seller to return and they just close the return with no message or anything. They are supposed to have a 1 year warranty but no mention of that or anything. Never buy this product!
