I'm giving this puppy a 4/4 in part because it's not as soft and cushy as I expected and in part because the instructions are kind of garbage. All in all though the chair is pretty good! I love the footrest so much and the fact it inclines back so far you can genuinely lay down is amaaaazing. Hooked. Would have been a 5 if only it had been a tad comfier and the instructions were easier to make out.As review states, the instructions are terrible.. small pictures, hard to read, contradicting photos, mostly useless instructions. Fortunately, not my first chair assembly so we got it done once we stopped trying to follow instructions. The end result looks nice. Feels nice, and is super comfortable. Beyond the instructions, so far my only compaint is the generic cheapo wheels that come with this chair. I didnt even bother to put them on. I put roller blade chair wheels on it instead that I had left over when I replaced the wheels on one of my other chairs after 20 years. The stock wheels went stright into the garbage. No idea on durability yet, but will update review with that once the chair has been broken in and used.I gave the chair 4 stars. Its a decent chair from what I can tell for the price, but I removed 1/2 star for the terrible instructions, and removed 1/2 star for the stock non-rollerblade wheels...This chair is very comfortable and cushiony. The lumbar support is completely adjustable, or if you don't like it, you can just take it off. Same with the head pillow - you can take it off if it doesn't suit you. Nice leather, pretty pink color. This chair looks like it will hold up for a long time! It does adjust in many ways as well. There's a lever to recline, for the seat to go up and down, and there's even a leg rest that you can manually pull out, lots of options!I love this pink gaming chair! It was so easy to assemble and it's so extremely comfortable. It looks like a higher end gaming chair and really is a great finishing touch to any office or gaming room. It adjusts easily for your comfort level and desk height so that makes it perfect for anyone. Definitely durable and well made and a perfect gift for the gamer in your life.This chair is so comfortable! It reclines, it swivels, it rolls, has a head rest, foot rest, and lower lumbar support! I'm a large woman at 5'7" and 250 pounds, this chair cradles my physique with a little extra room to spread out. It is solid and very well made! It was really easy to put together too. I am in love with this luxurious and cute chair!!
