Really wanted to love this. Such a cool idea and I love how many old school games there are. Graphics are what you would expect for the games and systems it is offering. You do have to use your noodle to decipher some of the game title. I suspect there were some licensing issues. Anyway very fun game and great idea except one glaring flaw. The reset button is directly be the directional pad. So you have to be VERY aware of it. Honestly terrible placement. My son and I both had very abrupt and frustrating ends to otherwise fun games. If they can relocate that this would be a homerun.A small retro handheld that boasts 500 games while every game is a different game many old Gen X'ers will immediately find that a lot of these are knockoff of copyrighted games and some of these copyrights might not have renewed their copyright allowing distribution.Update Red version: Most games are the same however some are differently ordered/numbered contains some games blue does not. However mostly the same. Both suffers from high pitch squealing even with audio knob turned all the way down.While some are authentic copies or ROMs there are some that stand out as what the Heck is this. While entertaining for an hour or some kids will find the near endless Library refreshing and definitely a good chance for them to get in on a generation they missed out. Will look forward to the 16bit iteration. Battery life is decent.Update: got the the other color and it seems to have all the same games nothing new it still suffer from hi pitch frequency of speaker. Offer no extra value for money.There is now a completely different one on display of the page and the one I have looks nothing like it and is just all black buttons. Still easy to use.This is an inexpensive system that would be a great gift for a child that can't be trusted with a more expensive hand-held system.Fast charging with a decent battery life. Fairly sturdy. Inexpensive enough that you won't be upset when it breaks. Lots of games on it.Give them a taste of the retro games you use toplay with this small yet large amount of different games system. it’s fun on a trip or downtime good price an has a decent battery lifeThis is perfect for kids! My husband tried the device and the games are generic but our daughter loves it!Fun to play, but it does take a little figuring out. Hooks up to the TV but you have to be right next to the TV you want to use. Best when traveling on the go. Highly recommend having a charger if you're going to be traveling with it though.This hand held gaming set gives all of the nostalgia of an 80’s gaming system with boutique charm. It’s small but mighty. Once the system is fully charged and set up it’s easy to plug and play right into a smart tv. Mine didn’t come with a charge out of the box but once I got it going it was fun to use.My kids love this! It has required relatively frequent charges but still totally worth it in my opinion.
